Why an Agent’s Network Is So Important

Finding a well-connected agent is important for luxury buyers and sellers.

If you’re looking to buy or sell in the Chicagoland area, finding an agent with a large network and good connections is important.

I’m a member of Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate, and this organization allows me to build partnerships and connect with other top real estate professionals throughout the nation. I’m also part of a network for professional athletes, and we recently helped both a player and an assistant coach for the Chicago Bears find homes. A good agent needs to know migration patterns, or “feeder markets.” In other words, you want a pro who knows where the buyers are coming from, but agents can’t get that valuable information without first building a network.

Those connections allow us to give clients top-tier service, no matter where they’re moving in the country. I can refer a buyer to a trustworthy agent in a different state, or help someone who’s moving into our area for the first time.

A well-connected agent benefits you because they have more ways to find the perfect buyer for your home.

A well-connected agent benefits you because they have more ways to find the perfect buyer for your home. They can also find more homes to purchase, as people within their network will likely have leads on properties coming onto the market.

When you decide you’re ready to buy or sell a home, look for an agent with a great network. We’d be happy to utilize our connections in order to find you exactly what you’re looking for in the market. If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
