A quick update on the Chicagoland real estate market in Q1 2023.
One question I get asked frequently is: “How’s the market so far in 2023?” Overall, the Chicagoland market is still a strong seller’s market. The one exception is the condo market, which is more balanced since its inventory has increased. However, the single-family home market in the western, northern, and southern suburbs is still a seller’s market. Plus, interest rates are still good, creating urgency among buyers.

It's important to make sure you are investing in things that will help your home sell faster and for more money.
