2021 Recap (Including Our 3 Record Sales)& 2022 Preview
Looking back, 2021 was a very strong year for all price points and considered one of the strongest seller’s markets ever in Chicagoland. Our team had three record sales last year. We had the highest sale ever recorded in Wheaton ($2.89m), the highest sale in Naperville in 2021 ($2.4m), and the highest sale at the time of closing in St. Charles ($1.8m). We also represented an NFL athlete on the Chicago Bears in Glencoe, which was written about in the Chicago Tribune and other publications.
No one has a crystal ball, but 2022 is projected to be another strong year. Interest rates may stay stable or increase a little due to inflation. Next time I’ll discuss why you want to keep your home on the market now instead of waiting until the spring.
